-You agree to place your required html code into your indicated page (Page URL) immediately. If it is not there when we
check your account, your account will be deleted without notice.

- You must upload your banner at the time of submission. If you do not already have a banner to upload, do not submit an
account until you do. If your banner is missing when we review your account, it will be deleted without  notice.

- You are not allowed to place the code in an auto-refreshed page. Our program has a spy program and locates such actions,
in this case we will delete your banner.

- You agree to delete your account in the event you remove your required html code at any time. (your account will
automatically be deleted after 14 days of inactivity)

- You must use a valid Email address. If Email to you are returned undeliverable, your account will be deleted.

- You may not use the products or services provided through or in connection with the "BannerSwapCenter" to:
Defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
conduct or forward illegal contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters; publish, post, distribute, disseminate or link to any:
(i) inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information;
(ii) software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, or other proprietary rights,
unless you own, control such rights or have received all necessary consents for your use of such software and other materials;
(iii) software or other material that contains viruses, corrupted files, or that may or are intended to damage the operation of
another's computer (e.g., "cracks" or other programs written to defeat the security measures of any computer, system or
programs); sell, distribute, disseminate or link to any sites for marketing, sales or distribution of: firearms, explosives,
ammunition, liquor, tobacco products, food that is not packaged or does not comply with all applicable laws for sale to
consumers by commercial merchants, pharmaceuticals and controlled substances, counterfeit, pirated or stolen goods, any
goods or services that infringe or otherwise violate a third party's rights, registered or unregistered securities, goods or services
that:
(i) you cannot legally sell,
(ii) are misrepresented, and/or
(iii) if sold via the Site Manager or Your Web Site would cause "BannerSwapCenter" to violate any law, statute or regulation; harvest or otherwise collect information about third parties, including e-mail addresses, without the express consent of such
third parties; restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying its rights in "BannerSwapCenter" ; or violate any applicable governmental laws or regulations.

- We accept "BannerSwapCenter" banners to be placed at any place of your sites even together with other banners in the same page.

For your information, if you refresh manually or automatic your page to create more exposures of "BannerSwapCenter" in order to gain credits we have the right program to trace it and we will be obliged to discharge you immediately from our
"BannerSwapCenter" - Banner Exchange Program.
